Hira Wahidi period 2,
The book "The Declaration", is a very good book. It is a mixture of "1984", "Tuck Everlasting", and "Uglies". It tells the story of Surplus Anna, who lives in a world where having children is illegal and where everyone has to sign a declaration stating that. The children who are born illegally are sent to boarding schools, such as Grange House where Anna lives, there they learn there place and how they become useful for Mother Nature, by becoming house keepers and servants for the Legals, and are labeled surpluses. Anna accepts this life until Peter comes to Grange House and takes on a adventure that changes her life forever.

Doris Kocovic period 2,
The book "Story Of A Girl" is a interesting fun book to read. The main character Deanna sufers through a lot of family and friend hard ships through out the book. She is kown at school for being the whore, and at home her dad wont even look at her. She wants to get out and leave. But where should she go? She has no one to talk to and no ones there to listen to her. "Story of a girl" keeps you reading and interested.

The book i read was "The hunger games". This book is great. It has alot of action. It is mostly about how there are 24 kids of different ages and how they battle to death and the winner gets prizes.

The book "The Last True Story I'll Ever Tell" kept me reading for a while. It's by John Crawford and its non-fiction. It's about the war going on, and his stories about it. John Crawford decided to join the national guard to pay off his college debts but then he got sent to Iraq also. Lots of interesting things about it, and its all things that really happened. I'd reccomend this to anyone that likes stories about war or just plain non-fiction books
